Support
Flatten My PDF is built around self-serve recovery, not an unmanaged inbox. That is the sane way to run a $3 file utility without creating a manual support queue.
If your download fails
Return to the Stripe success page within 1 hour. That URL contains the paid session and job identity needed to verify payment and prepare the fixed PDF again.
Refund requests
If the success page cannot deliver a fixed PDF, use the Check refund eligibility button on that same success page. Automatic refunds are available only when a paid job cannot be delivered and no fixed PDF is available for download. If the source file is still recoverable, the page will ask you to retry delivery first.
Delivered files are final. Flatten My PDF cannot guarantee that every outside upload portal will accept every PDF, so refund eligibility is based on delivery failure, not whether a third-party website later accepts the file.
If checkout did not complete
No completed payment means no file job is unlocked and no refund is needed. Upload the PDF again and only continue if inspection passes.
Keep your receipt
Keep the Stripe receipt until the download works. Payments are handled by Stripe under the File Chore umbrella, and the receipt is the fallback proof of payment.
For billing and receipt problems only, email billing@filechore.com or receipts@filechore.com. Product support remains self-serve through the success page, recovery check, and refund flow instead of an unmanaged inbox treadmill.
