Flatten My PDF is built around self-serve recovery, not an unmanaged inbox. That is the sane way to run a $3 file utility without creating a manual support queue.
If your download fails
Return to the Stripe success page within 1 hour. That URL contains the paid session and job identity needed to verify payment and prepare the fixed PDF again.
If checkout did not complete
No completed payment means no file job is unlocked. Upload the PDF again and only continue if preflight passes.
Keep your receipt
Keep the Stripe receipt until the download works. Payments are handled by Stripe under the File Chore umbrella, and the receipt is the fallback proof of payment.
For billing and receipt problems, use billing@filechore.com or receipts@filechore.com. Product support remains self-serve through the success page, recovery check, and refund flow instead of an unmanaged inbox treadmill.
